I will do refunds, but once I start working on your commission, you will not be able to receive a full refund

- Once I start sketching, I can only refund 60% of the payment.

Please do not rush me. I do take my time to draw your commission because I also work throughout the day. I usually draw at night

Saturday and Sunday are my days off, I won't draw any commission art

For Doodle Commission --Since this is a doodle art, no revisions and work in progress are provided. Please be specific/clear of what you want before ordering.

I will provide WIP of your commission within 3-4 days of receiving payment

For Stardard Comms I accept editing during WIP in case I made a mistake in character design

Only 2-times revision can be made

Commissioners can request minor changes to finished piece, such as a small colour correction or adding tiny details I might have missed

If your reference was unclear to begin with or if it was not included with the reference before, Then you're not allowed to make minor changes without a fee

If I had made a mistake and do not refer to the reference provided carefully, No fees are required. However, if the reference was unclear to begin with and I am required to redo the whole thing, there'll be a fee

As the artist of the produced artwork, I reserve the right to use them for personal uses such as:

- uploading/posting the smaller version anywhere I want, mostly only on my art pages. I will also mention the commissioner's name/alias.

- promoting myself with it in any place.

- using it for my portfolio.

As a commissioner / Client, you are allowed to:

- upload the artwork and use it for non-profitable purposes. Please do credit to my page if uploaded/used.

- use it for decoration, profile pictures, etc... As long as you're not making any profit with it.

- to watermark and resize my artwork as you see fit for protection.

- print it (on pillows, posters, stickers, etc.) as long as you do not sell or earn any profit off of it.

You are not allowed to:

- change, modify and use my work without my permission.

- claim the artwork as yours.

- remove my watermarks/signatures.

- make products with my art with the purpose to make a profit off of them.

- use my artwork for commercial use, for example, for advertising (YouTube, Twitch, etc) if your monetization is off then ok(personal art only), sell merchandise, sell artwork and anything that gains profit are not allowed.

Please keep in mind that English is not my native language. Please use simple English and spell everything well. Please refrain from using too many abbreviations or slang so I can easily understand you
